How this works
You can come back to this guide at any time. The preview uses fictional records. Use Larger preview to see more detail, then choose a page from its sidebar. Additional users cost $10 per user per month, separate from setup and support. Nothing is ordered until you send the final request.
1Choose your starting point
Start with clients, documents, or money and renewals. You can change the suggested parts. The hosting choice sits under More options.
2Pick the parts you need
My Day, Tasks and Settings are always included. Add customer records, documents, renewals or finance on top. The preview on the right follows what you tick, so you are looking at what you would actually get. Support is optional. Choose one of three plans if you want ongoing help, or leave support unticked. The first month is included only if you choose a plan.
3Preview your brand safely
Add your business name, website, colours, logo and images. The files stay in your browser and are not uploaded by this page.
4Send the request
- Check what you picked.
- Select Review and send request.
- Give me your name and email.
- I reply by email with a price, the scope and the agreement.
What happens after I send it?
I reply by email within 1 business day (Monday to Friday), to confirm the delivery plan and give you a secure way to send your brand files. No account or client area, everything runs by email.
