No account manager and no mystery delivery team. You work directly with the person responsible for the result.
Who else have you built this for? The straight answerJacob Roberts
Websites, apps and automations, built and kept running
Run by Jacob Roberts as a sole trader. ABN 18 813 409 919.
Bots & Pieces (also written Bots and Pieces) is an Adelaide, South Australia business that builds websites, apps and automations. I work remotely with businesses of any size across Australia. Not toys, not gaming, not retail robots. Bots & Pieces is not connected to the US robot parts retailer at botsandpieces.com.
I have spent ten years in IT, working alongside the people who use the systems every day and fixing whatever slows them down. More recently I have been leading the technology side of a business:
- the accounting system
- the reporting
- getting separate programs to talk to each other
- taking repetitive work off people
Now I do the same thing under my own name.
I can work with the software you already use to manage customers, quotes, jobs and invoices.
