How it works now
Every new starter, or someone who leaves, means a long list of steps across email, files, phones and other programs. It depends on someone remembering them all, and one missed step can leave a former staff member with access.
How it works after
The steps run in order from one approved form, each one is checked, and anything that fails shows up the same day. Anything sensitive still waits for a person to approve it.

Do you need admin access to our Microsoft account?
Only for the parts the job needs, and we agree that before anything starts. I never ask for passwords through the website.
How long does it take?
From the first chat to handing it over usually takes four to eight weeks, and you get a date with your quote. After each step you can stop, and you keep everything you have paid for so far.
